The uniform for all bands at VRCS is as follows:

Boys — WHITE dress shirt, BLACK dress pants.  Black socks and black shoes.

Girls — WHITE dress shirt/blouse (no tanks!), BLACK dress pants with black socks and black shoes or BLACK skirt with black tights and black shoes.

The point of a uniform is so that the whole group looks the same.  People should be able to concentrate on the music being performed and not get distracted by anything they see.
